Cell phone gaming has jumped leaps and bounds from the days of Nokia’s Snake add in. Sega has Shining Force Chronicle prepared for cell phones in Japan. Unlike the Shining Road series, Shining Force Chronicle is a strategy RPG, similar to the Genesis titles.
