Gamers love Guild Wars

Two weeks ago NCSoft previewed Guild Wars: Factions online. The preview was a blockbuster success. In just three days (March 24-26) 500,000 gamers racked up over 3,000,000 hours of online time. That’s an average of six hours per person. What were they doing? Testing out the new 12×12 grid alliance battles.
