Add one to the list of J-RPGs in development for the Xbox 360. Tri-Ace (they’re the ones behind Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile) are making a new RPG to be published by Microsoft Game Studios. The game is currently unnamed, but we will keep our eyes out on Tri-Ace’s first next generation game.

Update: Further news from the Microsoft conference shows that Mistwalker’s project Blue Dragon will be released this winter and Lost Odyssey is coming out in the fall with a demo hitting the marketplace this summer. Square-Enix will also be publishing a project by Game Arts (Grandia series) for the 360 entitled “Project Sylph”. The game is supposed to blend space shooting action with drama and visuals like a Square-Enix title. In other Xbox 360 news Namco will be supporting the Xbox live arcade by releasing arcade classics like Pac-Man and Galga.
