Tired of dealing with disc read errors and you’re trying to save every penny to pick up a Playstation 3? The latest release of PCSX-2 might be a good solution while you’re waiting. It doesn’t work with every single release, but after one year in development in can play a fair number of games including La Pucelle Tactics, Dynasty Warriors 3, Rez and the intro of We Love Katamari. While it’s no replacement for a working PS2, it supports enough of the PS2 library to keep you busy until November.
