Could Atari be gearing up for the next wave of consoles or are they trying to recoup as much money as possible to cushion their losses? Either way their GamersFirst program is good for gamers who want to save some cash. As of June 1st Atari dropped the price for a truckload of games to a mere $19.99. Games on the list include Driver: Parallel Lines, The Matrix: Path of Neo, Indigo Prophecy and Neverwinter Nights Platinum DVD edition. Among the anime circle Atari is known for publishing Dragon Ball games and nearly all of their DBZ games dropped in price including Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi.

Are these the PC or Console versions? I saw Indigo Prophecy for PC at $19.99 a couple of weeks ago with the console version still being full price.

Spencer Yip Says:

The program just launched last week so Indigo Prophecy should be $20 for PS2 and Xbox. Although some retailers may choose not to drop the price of these games.
