The posts explaining that it is $19.99 after instant rebate are correct. Best marked them down in lieu of using the coupon. Personally, I don't see why Sandisk would publish such an odd looking coupon myself. No barcode usually screams hoax, and Sandisk should know that any retailer worth its salt is going to want a barcode to scan to make sure they get creditted for the discount they apply to the product.
