Although the series finale of InuYasha is coming to a close, fans were treated with a free exclusive North American Theatrical screening of the show’s fourth and final movie "InuYasha: Fire on the Mystic Island".  The movie premiered at San Diego’s Pacific Gaslamp All Stadium 15, not far from this year’s Comic Con.  As the title implies, the movie focuses around the mysterious island of Houraijima that reappeared after 50 years.  Its reappearance also brought the wrath of four War God brothers, who seek the power of the half-demon orphan children called Hanyou that inhabit the island.  InuYasha’s past connection with the island finally comes back to haunt him after he finds an Hanyou child that escaped the island in search for help.  Staying true to the show, the movie is filled with action, witty comedic skits, and romance.  The DVD release will be out August 1st.
