D3 publisher says more Naruto games in 2007

The four player Gamecube fighting game, Naruto: Clash of Ninja, is now in stores and Naruto: Ninja Council for the Game Boy Advance comes out on October 15. Since the first round of Naruto games have been hot sellers D3 Publisher plans to release more Naruto games. Masaru Tomiyama, president of Tomy which publishes the Naruto games in Japan says, “We are at the point where you can legitimately consider NARUTO a bona fide phenomenon. In 2007, as new platforms emerge, we look forward to releasing more NARUTO video games for Nintendo systems as we continue our partnership with D3PA.” Naruto: Shinobi Retsuden, a 3D fighter for the Nintendo DS, comes out later this year and Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX was recently announced for the Wii. Maybe both of these games will appear in 2007.
