Inside the Blue Dragon Premium Package

Microsoft is pulling all punches to get the Xbox 360 in the hands of gamers in Japan this holiday season. Their killer app for the region is without a doubt, Blue Dragon created by Sakaguchi-san’s studio Mistwalker. Since sales of the 360 haven’t been extraordinarily high in Japan Microsoft has a Blue Dragon bundle with a Xbox 360 core system, Blue Dragon, limited edition faceplate and a set of five Blue Dragon figurines for 29,800 yen ($252). Not a bad deal at all since a core 360 runs for $299 with no games.

I think that should be “pulling no punches”

GD Says:

So… does the lucky recipient need to buy a memory card to save all those Blue Dragon games?

Spencer Says:

Yeah, that’s the unfortunate part about the package no hard drive and no memory card.
