Naruto: Shinobi Retsuden, a portable Naruto Gamecube game on the DS

If its the same as Naruto for the Gamecube I’m sold!

The combo looks exactly like it does in Gekitou Ninja Taisen for Gamecube. Like D-Fuse said, if it’s the same as the Gamecube version, it might be worth getting. Although I’m getting tired of playing GNT4, the aspect of competing online against other players is exciting. Hopefully more people in the US import this game; otherwise there will be definite lag playing against people in Japan.

Having already played the game, I could tell you that, while the combos look similar, they are different. Combos of more than 3 hits are not easy to pull off (game controls seem to be a little bit slow) and the graphics look murky in movement.
Being a fan fo the Gekitou Ninja Taisen series, I was a little bit disappointed, but as for the first Naruto DS fighting game, it is a commendable effort.
P.S. Characters seem to have only one Ninjitsu special, and using one button for blocking is the worst decision ever (opposed to just pulling Back in the joypad)

it looks like a good naruto game for the ds but the backround is a little off and the characters are i little blocky but it looks like a better naruto game for the ds im goin to but it and try i hopes it’s good

well, remeber it looks alittle weird only because its a picture, but in motion this game is actually pretty nice. When does it come out in the us? I really want this game.
