Karaoke the PSPs killer app?

Pick up K-Para and your PSP becomes a portable karaoke machine. With the software and a special headset that comes packaged with the game you can serenade passengers on the subway and annoy everyone in your car. Sony teamed up with so-net to provide 3,000 downloadable songs. Unfortunately you have to pay 105 yen (90 cents) for each song you download. Nearly all of the songs are J-Pop and unless you’re going to sing in Japanese K-Para isn’t exactly an import friendly title. However, Sony might bring something like this to America eventually… It took us two years to get Singstar from Europe, but it’s here. Portable karaoke might not be an ideal mobile game, but it’s something exclusive to the PSP.
