Save 25% off all games (yes even next-gen ones)

By Spencer . January 20, 2007 . 8:07am

Tower Records is clearing out their entire inventory of movies, CDs and games by marking everything down 25% off. You can pick up a copy of Lost Planet for $44.99, the Burning Crusade Expansion pack for $29.99 and the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy for $22.49. If you want to capitalize on this head over there quick, stuff is selling out fast. For instance all of the Wii games are gone except for GT Pro Series.

Talk about a great deal! This is one of the best sales I’ve seen in a long time, topping many after Christmas sales last year and the years before. After all, retail chains like Gamestop or Toys-R-Us didn’t offer 25% off all titles in stock.

Pretty sweet, but they only had 1 of 3 things I was looking for. That wouldn’t get me above 20$ to get free shipping so I passed.

Too bad these items aren’t eligible for free shipping…

Boy, you guys just love rubbing in that “Lost Planet” reference, huh? hehe, just kidding. ;) If only this deal were a month later - that’s when I’m gonna go video game spree crazy!
