Nintendo announced next month’s virtual console line up in Japan and there are some heavy hitters. The biggest game on the list is the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which is being sold for 1,200 points. It’s the most expensive Wii virtual console game to date, but $12 is a small price to pay for a classic. There are a bunch of odd lot PC Engine games too like Wonder Momo, which has a super heroine who “kicks high” actually all Wonder Momo does is kick. Shin Megami Tensei makes the list and in the same month another game about the super natural Yokai Douchuuki comes out. In Yokai Douchuuki you explore a world of ghosts and demons and when you complete the game you’re given one of five endings that range from going to hell, the beast world, the spirit world, or if you’re a good player there is heaven.
Famicom (500 points)
Mighty Bomb Jack
Kirby’s Adventure
Galaga
Super Famicom (800 points)
Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV
Kamaitachi no Yoru
Super Ghouls and Ghosts
Shin Megami Tensei (900 points)
Nintendo 64 (1,200 points)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Mega Drive / Sega Genesis (600 points)
Bare Knuckle (Streets of Rage)
Vectorman
Story of Thor (Beyond Oasis)

Wonder Momo — trivia: she’s in Namco X Capcom
Vigilante - side scrolling beat ‘em up with a male fighter who is out to save Madonna
Yokai Douchuuki - supernatural platformer with five endings, one brings you to hell and another to heaven
Hey, you get A Link To The Past and we didn’t yet =P We also have about half the amount of titles as you do, so stop complaining. You’re gonna get it in Q1 too.
What bothers me is 1200 points… does Nintendo really have to screw everyone like that? I know it’s a great game, but it’s a N64 game just like all of the other N64 titles. Why not just make it 1000?

Lame, even if I wanted to purchase SNES games, I wouldn’t get that version of ALTTP. The GBA version is less (or completely not) censored, therefor, superior to that one.

Ocarina dated for both Japan and Europe, but word about an North American release, great. Thanks NOA, make sure to keep those NES titles coming, I’ll be sure to remove them from my GBA flash cart and pay $5 US US to play them on the Wii -_-
