tmntarcadexbla2.jpgWell this is the best news I’ve heard all week! While up until now it’s merely been rumor, it’s now been confirmed, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game is heading to XBLA "sometime" in March. Even better is the crazy low price of 400 points (5 bucks). The game is going to offer 2 and 4 player co-op online and 1-4 players offline. All thanks to Ubisoft!

Said James Regan (director of new business development at Ubisoft):
"The release of the TMNT classic arcade game on Xbox LIVE Arcade is Ubisoft’s homage to a world-renowned franchise that for almost 20 years has captured the hearts of gamers."

This game is the bomb… I remember playing this in the arcades when I was just a lil kid in middle school. :)

Man, that’s real awesome news! Co-op online. KUDOS to the folks at XBLA for making this happen. If you’re gonna do something good, you gotta do it right and this is just proof that it can be done the way it’s supposed to be done!
