You probably know by now that the big announcement about Fable 2 is that you get a dog by your side. The dog is going to be AI controlled, but it is smart enough to know when to attack enemies.

    If they find the perfect balance between Fable 1 and Oblivion, and incorporate the emotion-inducing potential that Mass Effect is promising… I may never stop playing.

    We’ll just have to wait and see. Only time will tell if everything Peter Molyneux promised for Fable 2 actually gets incorporated into the game or if its all wishful thinking. Wouldn’t be surprising if a few things ended up getting cut by the time this title is released, but it would be a pleasant surprise if he finally kept all his promises.

    I liked the contextual/dynamic combat stuff they were going on about from GDC ’06… I hope that stuff ends up in Fable 2. I would love to be able to throw chairs and swing on chandeliers and stuff.

    Does anyone know if there will be realistic stealth gameplay? Cuz i love to be a thief or a rogue but the stealth gameplay in the first Fable sucked…

    The art was great, but the game is flawed.. it only took me and a friend 13 hrs to complete the whole story line, and aquire all the achievements ?… the FIRST FABLE is boss by far.
