Samurai Deeper Kyo game coming to North America?

Destineer is quickly becoming a new home for anime licensed titles. They released Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy and according to the ESRB it looks like they picked up a Samurai Deeper Kyo game for the GBA. There is a market for the title since the manga has been in circulation care of Tokyopop and the anime series has been on cable TV. However, it’s likely that this is the Game Boy Advance game is something that Marvelous released in Japan five years ago. Details aren’t clear about that, but I’m betting it is the Marvelous title and not a brand new game that Destineer is developing.
