Mass Effect delayed? Maybe not.

Thanks to everyone who sent in the tip about Mass Effect being delayed until September. Before posting it up I sent an e-mail to Microsoft and got back this response:

 

We have not made any official announcements regarding release timing for “Mass Effect.” At this time, any information about the game’s release date is purely rumor and speculation.

 

I’ll leave it to you to decide what that means, but here is some food for thought. Maybe CVG is reporting a European release date change since they are based in the UK. Notice how they also mention Blue Dragon is shipping in September? It’s coming out in August for North America.
