What is “Counter Force”?

A mystery game called Counter Force appeared on the ESRB for the Wii with Conspiracy Entertainment (they’re the ones behind the only M rated billiards game, Pocket Pool) as the publisher. A little speculation here, but in the 80s there was an arcade game called Counter Force. It was a light gun game and maybe the Wii game is a remake of it. Or it’s an entirely new project with the same name.
