Starcraft 2 officially in development

At Blizzards WWI Invitational event in Seoul they officially unveiled Starcraft 2. Like the original it is a real time strategy game with three races the Protoss, Terran and Zerg. The interface looks familiar to anyone who played Starcraft and it doesn’t look like Starcraft 2 is going to reinvent the wheel. The official site has unit descriptions and a quick concept art/gameplay trailer where about a hundred zergling overwhelm a Protoss base. There are new units like the Protoss Stalker that can teleport short distances and the Phase Prism that can quickly teleport units in the battlefield. Past the break is the cinematic trailer Blizzard played at their event and the attendees sound pretty excited about it.
