Small Arms downloadable content on Xbox Live today

Gastronaut Studios is releasing a Small Arms premium content package today that adds in two new characters from the ice age. Ivar is a sabertooth tiger who carries a katana and Gullarp is a wooly mammoth. By hosting a multiplayer match on a new battlefield or beating mission mode with any of the new characters you earn bonus Gamerscore points. On top of the two extra characters the premium content package adds in two battlefields, Arctic Ice Floe and Pillaged Village. The package is being sold for 250 Microsoft Points ($3.12). Gastronaut Studios is also patching Small Arms with smarter leaderboards, weapon rebalancing and an improved frame rate.
