Hidden in Nintendo's release list, but absent from the press conference was a release date for Fire Emblem. It's going to come out on Nov.12 a week after Endless Ocean (aka Forever Blue in Japan). Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast is dated for October 8 and Battalion Wars 2 got pushed back to October 29.

Nintendo also has plans to bring out Mario Party DS on Nov.19, Flash Focus (formally Vision Training DS) on Oct. 15, Nintendo Magic (aka Magic Taizen) on Nov. 26 and Professor Layton and the Curious Village from Level 5 on Dec. 3

What about Disaster? Hope it hasn’t been cancelled like Project Hammer. I’m happy that they are bringing Fire Emblem and Forever Blue to the US (and propably to Europe also), but they should have left Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast in Japan.

  • I don’t understand how something like ‘Forever Blue’, when it is renamed to Endless Ocean, suddenly becomes “Forever Blue in Japan”. I am not in Japan.

  • @hiredhand – no details on Disaster or Project Hammer. Sorry! I’ll keep searching for info though.
