Tori no Hoshi: Aerial Planet tells the story of Hugo, the son of an interplanetary biologist, who is separated from his father's research team on an unknown planet. Hugo wakes up from his lifepod to discover the planet is mostly ocean. Using his trusty glider Hugo flies with the birds to survive and search for his spaceship. Star bird… doesn’t sound/look like a NIS title. I’ll pass, not a fan of flight sims.

Probably translates better as “Planet[Star] of Birds” instead of “Star Bird”, but yeah, sure doesn’t look like an NIS game!

  • At first, I thought this sounded boring, but the more I think about it, the more I think that if it’s done right, it could be relaxing and tranquil.

  • The style might be different because NIS is only publishing Tori no Hoshi, NK-SYSTEM Co. is developing it. I picked it out because it was different and as Louise says I imagine this to be a relaxing game.

I almost passed on reading about this game, but then something caught my attention. Although, I’am not really into arieal type games, it does have a rather unique take. I dont know, I’am into learning more about this game.
