I really enjoyed the Star Soldier remake on the Gamecube, so I'm highly looking forward to finally getting a new installment in this shmup series from Hudson. With any luck, Star Soldier R should find its way out of Japan and into retail stores in America if the Virtual Console releases of Super Star Soldier, Soldier Blade, Blazing Lazers and Star Soldier are any indication.
