		<description>I think here in the US I still hear 9th grader/10th grader being used everyday, that's how kids announce themselves anyway. like people ask what grade are you in, you say "12th" rather than what year in high school.</description>

		<description>Actually, up here in Canada we don't say things like "sophmore" or "freshman."  It's all Grade 9, 10, 11, and 12 to us.  :)</description>

I'm pretty sure we stop using the grade designations once they reach high school, even if it is an attempt to make them seem younger.</description>
