I can only hope Treasure gives Bangaioh Spirits a chance and localizes this title for a Western audience. Sure, the DC version didn't exactly take the world by storm during its launch overseas, but there's no doubt that this shmup series has a loyal fanbase (including me) who would love to get their hands on Treasure's latest shooter offering. Like Gunstar Super Heroes before it on the GBA, I’m glad to see another of Treasure’s classic games remade for the DS. I can only hope Treasure gives Bangaioh Spirits a chance and localizes this title for a Western audience.
