Dual Shock 3 announcement reveals other Playstation 3 games

dualshock3.jpgNews about the Dual Shock 3 probably is old now. But in case you didn’t hear it elsewhere Sony is going to release a Sixaxis controller with rumble in North America and Europe in 2008.

More interesting than that is a list of compatible games that reveals a few titles in development. Fatal Inertia, which had a rocky development cycle, is still PS3 bound even though it appeared on the Xbox 360 first. Creat Studios who made Hot Brain has two PS3 games in development: N-Cube and Warbit. Both sound like downloadable titles. Pyro has two PS3 games in development. Their code names are: Cops and Planet One. Sony Computer Entertainment has Rat Race and Snakeball.

About time! Imagine how folklore plays w/ rumble feedback. Plus it wouldn’t feel as light as now.

I really thought i can do without rumble … but my biggest problem was the weight … i started to think about releasing a peripheral for ps3 that adds weight to the controller … :)
