Too bad, no ps3 for me

The village looks like Rise of a Ninja but the characters are a lot more detailed, Naruto also seems less chuby…

looks good enough, I can’t really understand though, why X360’s Naruto, who runs on Unreal Engine 3 isn’t coming for the PS3.

I heard because Bandai Namco owns the rights to make Naruto games for PS3, Ubisoft for 360, and another companing for Wii. Not sure if that’s correct though.

@ Pichi probably, but for Ubisoft it’s just retarded to do a game like that exclusive for X360… running on a cross platform middleware like unreal engine 3… the game doesn’t even push the system so it really could be ported real quick and sell 10 times the ammount in Japan. No matter what contractual reasons they have… it feels kinda dumb.

I think you’re right though, X360 - Ubisoft; PS3 - Bandai Namco; Wii - Tomy.

Why is it that everytime I read a post from you, you’re always complaining about what system a game is on? Unfortunately, not every game can(whether it makes sense or not) be multiplatform, so please deal with it.

I haven’t even reach Shippuden yet, so I’m not really anxious to play Shippuden based Naruto games yet. ;)

its kind of useless since ps3 aint making lots of sales so they should spend time making a good naruto game for the wii or ds or 360(go rise of ninja)!

They obviously want to prove who’s best at Naruto games to the fans in Japan. You can’t do this on 360. Besides, now we have another 360 VS. PS3, haha. Two Naruto’s will represent the two consoles and we’ll see who’s gonna be the best.

Anyway, I personally find this game more interesting and appealing right now. Because it doesn’t look as childish as 360 version. Also, the graphics seem better here with all the special effects, quite realistic animation and all. And the fighting system, if what is shown is true, won’t be a poor copy of the GNT-series from GC\Wii. Fortunately, cool and interesting fighting systems are what CC2 is best at. But 360 is coming soon. It’s good for me, too.

We already know which system is best…the Xbox 360 always outperforms the Playstation 3, often by significant margins.

For example,

John Maden NFL Football 2008, NCAA Football 2008, and All-Pro Football 2K8 are some of the best sports games from three different development teams, and two different publishers–EA Sports and 2K Sports. The Xbox 360 versions significantly outperform the Playstation 3 versions.

The Xbox 360 versions “run smoothly at 60 frames per second, even in 1080p resolution.” While the Playstation 3 versions, “struggle to run at 30 frames per second at 720p resolution.” Those were quotes from reviews of the game.

Look at games like F.E.A.R. and Splinter Cell. Those games run smoothly at 30 frames per second on the Xbox 360, but they run very choppy at 30 frames per second on the Playstation 3. In fact, the Playstation 3 versions often dip below 20 frames per second and enter a “slow-motion” sort of gameplay that ruins the game.

Look at games like Tony Hawk Pro Skater to see that the Xbox 360 has such drastically better lighting than the Playstation 3.

Games like Tony Hawk Skater, Virtua Tennis 3, and Virtua Fighter 5 all have Online Play on the Xbox 360, but NOT on the Playstation 3.

Virtually all Xbox 360 games allow you to Talk Online, WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING…but the Playstation 3 versions of those games DO NOT let you talk online while you are playing the games! John Madden Football 2008 lets you talk online while you play on Xbox 360, but not on Playstation 3…it’s like that with virtually all games.

Games like Marvel Ultimate Alliance, F.E.A.R., Grand Theft Auto 4, and many others have exclusive features in the Xbox 360 version that aren’t found in the Playstation 3 version…but the Playstation 3 versions do NOT have any exclusive features. For example, Marvel Ultimate Alliance has special characters like The Incredible Hulk, Magneto, Cyclops, NightCrawler, and many others that are not in the PS3 verson. F.E.A.R. has plenty of maps and levels that are not found in the Playstation 3 version; they were designed custom for the Xbox 360. And Grand Theft Auto 4 has approximately 20 extra hours of gameplay in the Xbox 360 version, because there are two custom levels designed especially for the Xbox 360 version.

Also, keep in mind that the Xbox 360 is the only videogame console with a built it Upconversion Chip for Resoluton. The Xbox 360 is 100% compatible with all HDTV sets, and if you have a 1080p HDTV set, then ALL of your Xbox 360 games are upconverted to that resolution!

But with the Playstation 3, there is no resolution upconversion chip that works with actual Playstation 3 games. The DVD upconversion, and upconversion for PS1 and PS2 games is a form of Software Emulation that doesn’t work with PS3 games. In fact, the new 40GB PS3 does not have the hardware chip that allowed backward compatibility with PS2 games…so the PS3 won’t play your old PS2 games because it does not have backward compatibility.

Playstation 3 has a major resolution problem for certain HDTV sets. The overwhelming majority of Playstation 3 games have a native resolution of 720p. This means that if you have a 720p you see the game in 720p, just as you should. You can also see the game in 720p on a 1080p HDTV set. However, if you are one of the millions of people who has a 1080i HDTV set, then you are actually seeing your PS3 games in only 480p Downconverted Resolution.

The reason for this is because the PS3 does not have the ability to Upconvert Resolution, so it tries to send the 720p signal to the 1080i HDTV set. But the HDTV isn’t fully compatible with that resolution, so it tries to display it in an upconverted 1080i, which won’t work…so, the signal is actuall Downconverted by the HDTV to only 480p. This is a problem that Sony still has not solved, and likely will not solve with the Playstation 3.

Obviously, the Xbox 360 outperforms the Playstation 3 in virtually every technical way possible. This is not a coincidence, because when it comes to specifications related to videogames, the Xbox 360 is more powerful than the Playstation 3. For example, the Xbox 360 can display far more polygons on-screen than the Playstation 3 can; that is why the Xbox 360 games have such smooth framerates, while the Playstation 3 now has a poor reputation for unsteady choppy framerates.

But most importantly of all, the Xbox 360 has the biggest and best library of high-quality games. The Xbox 360 has great games in every Genre of gaming, even areas such as Puzzle, Party, Family, Music, RPG, and Real-Time Strategy.

Playstation 3 has several genres where there are no games at all.

For example, the Real-Time Strategy Genre.

Xbox 360 currently has three games available in the Real-Time Strategy Genre…my favorite is Command & Conquer 3. There are also five more Real-Time Strategy games in development for the Xbox 360, including Halo Wars.

Playstation 3 has zero games in the Real-Time Strategy genre that are currently available, and the Playstation 3 has zero games in development in this genre.

Last generation the Xbox 360 was the king of shooters, but the PS2 was the system that had all the genres covered.

This generation the Xbox 360 has all the Genres covered, but the PS3 falls short in many genres, because there are simply no games available in several genres.

Xbox 360 is the best, because it has the best games.

I hope they put new characters in the PS3 naruto game like the ones in the movie.

The ps3 has flaws but what where did you find that info because I’ve only read that the ps3 is way powerful then the 360 and developers don’t know how to control it and when the systems were reviewed the ps3 as a system scores higher and 360 is nice but ps3 murders it when it comes to performance i m talking about all around performance and the 40 gig is just a child its not the ps3 when developers stop being chumps and do there job and make a ps3 game I mean go all out then yea you can say something about xbox better blah blah but right now stop the 360 fanboy crap because the only sick game I believe is coming out that is going to blow everything away is mass effect halo 3 was a letdown to 90 percent of the halo 2 fans multiplayer I thought it was good though developers don’t want to try that’s why they make 360 games because its already worn in I mean why go after the virgin when you get have the skank

PS3 is amazing because they have naruto.The xbox360 should have the desiners of naruto in Japan make thers because only 9 characters is not enough for the xbox360 naruto game.I can heeeeeeelp its really easy for me to help.

Oh and p.s. I’ve read about the PS3 on the library’s computer( I can’t afford a computer those windows 98s are too damn expensive) and I’ve seen what it can do. I also understand that they don’t really know how to work it(like the wii). I don’t have an XBox 360.

Do not listen to what kim naroz or whatever that guys name is. the playstation three’s games run at up to 120 frames per second. Not to mention FREE ONLINE GAMEPLAY! 360 Is the system that is gay. Just because its lowest price is 279.99 doesn’t make it a great system. Are you guys so intimidated by the fact that the ps3 beats 360 in every way possible? is 399.99 too much for you to spend for the best system around?

Well it look awesome to me and i already own Rise of the ninja and why must every thing turn out to be a fanboy fight. To makes things clear anyone that even saids that the playstation online service is better than the 360 should not be allowed to even have computer to voice their stupid opinion. Wait till Home comes out then you can talk. Anyway back to what really at topic for what i seen this game does look better than Rise of the Ninja but let just hope it comes out stateside.

PS i want a bleach game that not for the PsP. I like Bleach better than Naruto anyway.
