Arc System Works jumps on the WiiWare train

And no they aren’t bringing Guilty Gear. Arc System Works’ first WiiWare game is Okiraku Ping Pong, a motion controlled table tennis game where you use the remote as a paddle. Similar to Wii Sports Tennis you don’t need to worry about moving. Just keep your eye on the ball and shake the remote to knock it back. Up to four people can play in the game’s doubles mode and there are five additional mini games to check out.

Now that I know Arc System Works has a WiiWare kit, I wish they went the download route for Shikigami no Shiro III. Instead the shmup is going to be a rather pricey retail game.

SAGExSDX Says:

isnt this going to be redundant with rockstar’s table tennis coming out? (then again someone might say rockstar’s table tennis might be redundant with wii sports tennis…)

Spencer Says:

SAGExSDX - possibly, but Rockstar’s Table Tennis for the Wii has not been announced in Japan and Arc System Works’ game hasn’t been announced for North America.
