We’re past the major announcements of Tokyo Game Show, but Capcom still has something up their sleeve. On Capcom's community page a clock hinting at some kind of announcement is ticking away. Monster Hunter 3 is out of the water so it can’t be that. The picture is of a planet…. Could it be a Lost Planet sequel? Maybe it is related to Mega Man. The Blue Bomber is about to turn 20 in December… but that announcement would make much more sense on his birthday than now. Anyone else have a guess?
Lost Planet? Hm, no, it’s not popular enough to deserve a countdown. Another Rockman? I don’t think so, Capcom churns out a dozen Megaman games every year, another sequel would be hardly breathtaking news. Now, big Capcom sequels have been announced already, so what could it be?! I’m hoping for a completely new game…
I’m with the other Jeff (we seem to have a lot of them on this site): New 3D Megaman (Legends 3?) or Viewtiful Joe 3. They promised us a trilogy of VJ games, and I want that promise fulfilled!
Also, if they are doing a new Legends game (preferably on Wii), I hope they include the first two games for the uninitiated.
I’m thinking either Lost Planet 2…or…
Megaman in Brawl!
I hope this happens, that would make brawl the most awesome game ever created in fighting! …Well maybe not, Guilty Gear may still be better..
Definitely not this but I’ll say it anyway:
It’s a new Street Fighter. The globe stands for a World Tournament of course. Yes….I’ll use any reasoning at this stage.
Realistically, it seems like it will be something Lost Planet related or perhaps Dead Rising (global scale zombie infestation etc).
I’m hoping for a new Street Fighter. But I won’t get my hopes up. I think it’s more likely to be a new Lost Planet game.
It either means:
Street Fighter game (World Tourament Earth)
Monster Hunter 3 info (Earth)
Lost Planet 2 (It’s a planet!)
Dead Rising (Zombie invasion)
New Megaman series
A all-new Wii project

Capcom announced a sequel to Bionic Commando…is this the game?
But the counter is still running, so it has to be something else?

Come on new the 3D Mega Man…please new 3D Mega Man. I would also be content with a new Viewtiful Joe as well. Either way here’s hoping I don’t jinx myself.
