yuki.jpgThe story of Kiki Kai World has been a long journey stemming back to a cancelled sequel. Since Starfish couldn’t secure the official rights, Kiki KaiKai series they had to go with a spiritual sequel for the Wii and the Playstation 2. The Wii version is scheduled to arrive in Japan this December as a full priced, 6,090 yen game ($53), with a few changes to the look of the main character. She has short, blue hair instead of long, brown hair. Also there is no mention of the Playstation 2 version, which was supposed to show up this year in North America!

I was hoping for it to cost $30, like it was announced to the US version, I think.

Dang, even the title is changed beyond recognition.. so it’s a snow demon instead of a shrine maiden now, hope it’d be fun as the old Kiki Kaikai.
