Undertow makes a splash on Xbox Live Arcade

After Advent Rising failed to bring in the dough, two of the creators and some of their old team split off to form Chair Entertainment. Undertow is their first Xbox Live Arcade game, which puts you in the middle of an underwater battle. Players can pick one of three races, shoot each other with Geometry Wars-like controls and join in 16 player online fights. If you’re interested in some frantic multiplayer action check out the demo when it arrives on Wednesday to decide if it is worth 800 Microsoft Points or not.

 

Speaking of Xbox Live Arcade, we’re nearing the end of the month and Omega Five has not been released. Since Hudson planned on bringing Natsume’s shmup to Xbox Live Arcade this month we’re probably going to see it next week.
