Clap Hanz finished work on Minna no Golf 5 and released it in Japan last summer. On March 5, 2008 Sony Computer Entertainment is releasing it in North America. On the surface it seems like a cutesy golf game would be easy to localize, but Clap Hanz is altering the game for an international release. Possible changes include adding new costumes or mixing up the fifteen character roster.
Sony also mentioned they plan to release downloadable content for Hot Shots Golf 5 in the PlayStation Store. Additional clothes, clubs, characters and courses(!) will be available in the future. So far the Japanese PlayStation Store is devoid of Minna no Golf 5 downloadable content.
