Spongebob swims to Xbox Live Arcade

Microsoft cleverly timed their Spongebob Squarepants Xbox 360 exclusive to appear right after the holidays so young Xbox 360 owners have something to immediately pick up. Spongebob might not be my cup of tea, but gamers who favor 2.5D platformers might want to give Spongebob Squarepants Underpants Slam a look regardless of the protagonist. There is a Smash Brothers style battle mode with an online tag mode too. At 800 Microsoft Points ($10) I imagine many parents in the USA and Canada won’t hesitate to buy this for their kids.
