The Idolm@ster has huge following in Japan, a group that is willing to spend plenty of extra money buying items through microtransactions. Namco Bandai and Microsoft came up with the perfect promotion for Idolm@ster Live For You, collectable cards preloaded with 3500 Microsoft Points ($43.75). Each one costs 5,250 yen ($49), but you’re not paying extra for the limited edition Idolm@ster branded card. Microsoft Points cards traditionally cost a little extra in Japan.
I don’t have a Xbox360 so I’m not to up to date on anything besides the game itself. I also keep hearing about the Live contents, too. I hope those are hints to something, anything.
But, someday-somehow, I -will- play this game.
I bought the first Idol Master recently and played only the first chapter, it has dating sim elements, you are to bring up a idol singer to stardom as a manager. The time limit to input your response in conversation (develop good rapport w/ her) is quite exciting, giving player less time to make the right choice.
If PlayAsia or something else carries this, I would be getting this pt. card in a heart-beat. Not to spend on the costumes, but other d/l from the Jpn mktplace, like BD shuffle dungeon or the later Lost Odyssey d/ls (alrdy got the first free one). Plus this card looks amazing!

God, I really do want to play this game and they way they keep teasing us with random Idolm@ster content on live isn’t helping any.
