Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters port controls like PS2 Ratchet

ratchetsma.jpgSince Kai and Angelous asked in comments, I brought an inquiry about the control scheme for the PS2 version of Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters to my meeting with High Impact Games.


Lesley Mathieson, the lead designer of the PSP version, responded to my question with, “Yes, we went ahead and remapped all of the controls to the PlayStation 2 Ratchet. In addition to those you’ve got the normal strafing controls from the PlayStation 2. In general, we tried to make them [the controls] a close a match as possible."

  • Hey nice work. However, how would the PSP’s nub work? As we know, the PS2 has two analog sticks.
