I actually like Gackt’s music too. I just didn’t like the whole “I’m Genesis. I read a poem 95% of the game instead of say my own lines. This also happens to be the 5% of the original lines I do speak. Enjoy.”

I just don’t think I’d handle it if the voice is what was used in DoC….a horribly, horrible vampire-ish/Russian accent.

why would that help a little? the fact that he was voiced by Gackt actually made me listen to it. though, I must admit that I kept mixing them up in my head so that in the end I saw the chara as some strange gackt/genesis hybrid. but oh well, I like his music too much so I probably count as fangirl.

hard cover artbook? that almost makes me want to pre-order it. even though the psp that I use isn’t actually my own…

@Ryu: Amen brother. It was hard to put up w/ Genesis w/ his constant (and I mean constant) poem reciting.. it would help a little if he wasn’t voiced by Gackt :).

Frankly, there’s little incentive for me to replay it again in Eng., from what I’ve heard of the Eng. dialogue, it sounds like it might be worth it, as Zack has quite a cool voice.

The movie & sound player were definitely lacking, I think I have 10 saves from that game. I also want to savor the ending scene w/o having to fight the last boss every time.

They really should add a Movie and Music player option. That was one of the things I didn’t like about the Japanese version. There is one seriously awesome FMV which I forgot to make a new file for…it really was one of the best FMV’s in the entire game.

I’ll replay it in English once it comes out here but…I will still feel so sad about playing it *sniff*. Here’s hoping Genesis doesn’t have an annoying English voice. I won’t be able to handle his recitations otherwise…I just about coped with him in Japanese, ugh.

Pretty sweet package indeed. Thing is I usually don’t even get those bonuses (headphones) even if I pre-order the imports. I hope Amazon would have the Shinra UMD case w/ my pre-order.

As for extra contents, the separate missions are a little repetitive. I want the theater thing to view the jaw-dropping FMVs later.

Great… now I’m actually considering importing the superior UK version. Hopefully NCSX will stock it.
