A Pikachu Easter Egg?

When I saw this…

 

 

… I found a relatively familiar character on the bottom row. It might be Pikachu. It might be Purin. It might be a strange hybrid between the two. Only the child who created it knows for sure, but we can debate if it qualifies an Easter-mon or not.
