Christian Lorenz Scheurer posts his Lost Odyssey concept art

When filmmakers and game designers are in the beginning stages of building a fantasy world and need someone to jumpstart the project with some breathtaking visuals, they often turn to Christian Lorenz Scheurer.  The Los Angeles-based Swiss artist recently posted some of his sketches and early production art for Mistwalker's Lost Odyssey.

 

 He has previously drawn for big budget films like Superman Returns and The Golden Compass, games including Final Fantasy IX and Spore, and his own otherworldly travel book entitled Entropia: A Collection of Unusually Rare Stamps.  A bevy of astounding visual designs can be found on his personal website.
