Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends now live on Live

Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends now live on Live images It seems like everyone has forgotten about Samurai Warriors 2. We’ve moved on to Dynasty Warriors 6 and Warriors Orochi while Koei is breathing life into one of their older titles with an expansion pack. Samurai Warriors 2 Extreme Legends suffered a delay, which prevented the Xbox 360 expansion pack from appearing on the marketplace last month.

If you were waiting for it, perhaps mitigating the delay by replaying Samurai Warriors 2: Empires, the 2,400 Microsoft Point ($30) expansion pack is now available. Not just in Japan, the 2.4 GB download quietly shuffled on the US Xbox Marketplace too.

Update: The expansion pack has been removed from the US Xbox Live Marketplace, but it is still on the Japanese marketplace? Buyer beware, flybyshooter notes the pack has issues. Did Koei release the Japanese download on the US marketplace?

IT DOES NOT WORK. Something is still wrong with the content. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. It will not work. Great job MS! Waited a month for a $30 dollar 2.5 gig piece of worthless data. This is unacceptable.

Just went to the marketplace and didn't find it there. I'm wondering if they took it down (due to the supposed not-workingness as posted by flyby)

In any case, I figure if it was taken down, it shouldn't be too long before the real deal is up for grabs. =D
