New characters targeted in Otomedius G

Otomedius is coming to the Xbox 360 and Konami is adding something to the home version. Famitsu has a new character illustration for Otomedius G (pictured), but the publication does not specify if she is friend or foe.

The screenshots also reveal Otomedius G will be surrounded by a far from gorgeous hexagon mesh border. Otherwise Otomedius looks like a faithful port up until this point. There are other features Konami has yet to unveil like a three player versus mode and online play.

Meanwhile, Konami isn’t afraid of cashing in on Otomedius G. A theme featuring some of the characters is already sitting on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 150 Microsoft Points ($1.87).
