I still haven't been able to finish Contra 4 even on Normal mode (or was it Easy?), the game's difficulty is pretty ruthless and frustrating, not to mention the invisible bullets between the two screens. As great as it may turn out to be, I will never be able to get over the thought of how much more it would have been on a console.
