You don’t have to catch a plane for Japan to try BlazBlue. Aksys and Arc System Works are teaming up again to bring the first American location test for the unreleased arcade game at Anime Expo. BlazBlue will be at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 3 – July 6 in the console gaming room, not the actual arcade. While you’re waiting to learn Ragna the Bloodedge’s distortion drive you may want to read about the fighting system in English.

Arc System Works also opened up a US site for BlazBlue. It’s not as robust as the Japanese site, but it’s better than nothing. One item translated was the release window image on the front page, winter for America. BlazBlue is coming out in arcades Japan this winter too. It looks like BlazBlue will have a multi-region release.
