Dead Rising chopped up for North America

You didn’t think Capcom would skip releasing the Wii version of Dead Rising in North America did you? Now we have the official English name, Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop, since Capcom USA is officially involved with the game’s release. The foundation of Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop is the Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition engine which allows players to aim their gun with motion control. Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop also includes an over the shoulder camera, weapon swinging, and more save points. However, the zombie epidemic isn’t a complete package since it’s missing the photo mode.

We’re getting Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop this winter. Dead Rising: Zombie Sacrifice doesn’t have a release date in Japan yet.
