Master manly charm in D3’s Nintendo DS host simulator

D3 make some creative and downright strange games for their Simple Series line up. The Simple DS Series Vol. 43 The Host Shiyouze: DX Night King may be the strangest yet. If you ever visit Shinjuku's bar scene after 12AM on a clear night hosts are everywhere. In this game you play as a male host who has the job of luring women into bars and drinking with them. It looks like D3 made the game like a visual novel, but it starts with the “hunt”. The goal here is to charm a client with flattery to enter the bar. Once inside you get to play dancing and drinking mini-games. Outside of the bar you level up your style by shopping for new clothes.

All of the events in The Simple DS Series Vol. 43 The Host Shiyouze: DX Night King happen because the main character is in debt. I’m not sure if D3’s message is a financial warning or if this is supposed to glamorize the host lifestyle. Either way this won’t be coming out in North America or anywhere else.

ahahahaha, I've seen dating sims where you can go after the hosts, but never a game in which you are the host xD it sounds like fun for a few hours actually.

that reminds me, if I ever have the money I should enter a host bar someday, just to see how it is. (I bet it'll be dissapointing after all the hyping, but oh well *sigh*)
