Slighty OT, but I really wish Falcom would team with Valve to put their PC games on Steam. Even untranslated if need be, but there’s enough interest in the fan community that I could see Falcom working on licensing their translations there too.

Yeah Mastiff told us Gurumin was sold out and got a reprint. So I presume it met expectations. I think Xseed might be too busy for this, but there is a new company aggressively getting in the localization biz… Hint: They’re publishing Neverland Card Battles.

I thought the only reason it hit bargain bins is because the original run sold out and the 20$ one was a repress. In fact that’s what a story right here on siliconera suggests.

At any rate, who else could pick this up? Xseed maybe? Aksys? Marvelous USA? Someone has to start a partnership with Nihon Falcom, who are very aggressive on the PSP front in Japan.

Well, the trouble with Mastiff Games picking this up, is every time they do an RPG, it flops. Gurumin hit the bargain bins about a month after it came out…(just like La Pucelle before it). It will probably be years before they try another RPG

So pretty, and the original is a ton of fun too! I hope Mastiff gets on this, they handled Gurumin fairly adequately (and have fallen into obscurity since (no, Major League Eating does not count))
