Dialects is my only urk with this game. It took nearly an hour to figure out what ‘toon meant town.

I didn’t know they edited out God and Goddess for the game and never even thought of it. I guess they wanted to make the game more neutral?

I’ve enjoyed it as well, but I wish the names weren’t so off. I saw screens from IGN, etc, and the names are totally wrong from that of the Japanese and NES versions…

I’ve been enjoying this game as well, but I’m not taking to the dialects. I think it goes against the simple and traditional nature of the game. Also, changing “God” to “Goddess” and editing the Christian cross is annoying only because we’re not in the ’90s anymore. Doesn’t make sense to edit this game for the West.
