Does "localization" also mean "Mark will become black for us again?"

HERE HOPING! C'MON US LOCALIZATION ONCE AGAIN.

I really hope they allow for the change of US and Japanese version, I <3 my PSOne persona localization!
At the very least he should appear and be like "WTF MAN?!?! THIS IS MY TURF!"

Atlus seriously needs to open up Atlus EU.. Nippon Ichi will probably become successful enough to prove this is a working strategy..505 has sadly only released so-so titles and kids DS games lately :/ Battle Fantasia is all well and good but where are Culdcept Saga and the super niche titles?

Well Atlus doesn't have a division in Europe so it will be up to another publisher like Koei, 505 Games, or Square Enix to pick it up. No one has announced it, but chances are you'll probably get it, though.
