PS3 Gets Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 This Fall

Speaking of ninja’s… Tecmo’s teaser announcement coming this week just might be about Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. Early scans of Famitsu announced the title which is currently on the Xbox 360. Microsoft handled publishing and distribution deals for Ninja Gaiden 2 outside of Japan.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 expands on the last year’s release by making his ally and Dead or Alive star Ayane a playable character. The scan also mentions the two characters can link up for an attack and will face new colossal bosses not found in the Xbox 360 version.

Cool. I'm glad, if this gets uber-confirmed. Sigma was fun and balanced... and despite everyone else's opinion, I liked the Rachel missions. Her moveset forced you to play similar to Onimusha -- defend, roll, attack; while Ryu forced you to play as Devil May Cry -- attack, attack, attack, roll, jump, attack.
