I'd would be pissed too, but only if they don't release it as DLC for the 360 version, which looks like the case.

Well, the similarities is reason enough to not give Flynn Guy's costume. Can't let people think they look alike now can they?

I'm located in Europe/ Japan so things are a bit tricky. Originally I was supposed to stay the summer in Japan (exchange student) so I simply planned to pre-order it at a shop here. But thanks to circumstances I have to return for the summer. I'll be back just before the game is released (5days or so?), but have no fixed address in Japan during that time :')

I'll have a look at all the sites and see what I'll do

I knew about NCSX for quite a few years now, reasonable price and very reliable. I go to them whenever I need to make sure to get pre-order bonus (like Luminous Arc 2, Sigma Harmonic, Arc Rise Fantasia, and Riz-zoawd). They update their import shipments daily, like if Tales of VS comes in Thurs and you place order before 5pm, they would ship it out the same day and you'd receive on Friday by the cheapest shipping, if you live near NY. If you don't want to take any chances, e-mail them first.

For Tales of VS that has the DLC code inside the game, I think it's a shoe-in.

Yeah, their prices are very high that's for sure, but they also say if the game comes with the pre-order, which is nice.

I've never really checked out this NCSX site, but if they're all you say they are, maybe I'll use them when I go to pre-order ToV(that is if the game isn't announced for North America, by the time the game is released in Japan)
Also being based in NY would be nice for me aswell, as that's quite close to me(a lot closer than Japan that's for sure).

I've ordered from Himeya many years ago too, but I've found their price to be on the high side, the great thing about them is they carry lots of rare stuff (PC games for example).

NCSX.com (based in NY) also has excellent service and they're very up front w/ pre-order bonus status via their daily updates. You could always shoot them a quick e-mail to double-check just to make sure because sometimes the extras and games are not in 1:1 ratio. Since I live in NJ, UPS ground shipping only takes one day w/o fail.
