Technically, Namco Bandai already released downloadable content for Tekken 6. The limited edition came with a cardboard samurai costume for Yoshimitsu. Beyond that, Namco Bandai will probably release more downloadable content and unlike all of those Tales of Vesperia school outfits future Tekken 6 content will be free.

When asked about additional downloadable content, Katsuhiro Harada, Producer, told PlayStation Europe, “There is a strong possibility we will. However, even if we were to do so, it would be free to the end user.”
Namco Bandai has an online co-op scenario mode and network patches in the works. Both will be free, but it doesn’t sound like Harada was referring to those updates.
